The International CPTED Association brings you a discussion on Cyber CPTED and its  implementation. In today’s era where technology is continuously advancing, we will look at ways in which practitioners utilize these new technologies in their CPTED implementations and strategies. 


Being a global event, with relevance to all regions, we understand that the time slot may not be convenient for all. Hence, we strongly recommend that you register to be able to receive the recording and also share any specific queries you have. Even if you are not connected to ask the question, we will try to include your question in the broadcast for the benefit of all.

DR TERENCE LOVE

Perth, Australia

Dr Terence Love is CEO of the Design Out Crime and CPTED Centre and the Design  Out Crime Research Centre and has over 25 years’ experience in CPTED. In the last 3  years he has undertaken CPTED reviews on over $3 billion of developments and provides  CPTED training for Police, local governments, planning and architecture professionals.  This face to face and online CPTED training has been recently integrated into the ICA  CAP Class A scheme. Terence has been involved in cyber security, AI and community-based crime prevention since the 1970s. Terence coined the term Cyber-CPTED around  2005. He is an ICA CPTED professional, certified Police Safer by Design practitioner, has  a PhD and is a Fellow of the Design Research Society, MIMA, MORS and AMIMechE.  He is an external Professor at UoT, Kish.

RAJSHEKHAR PULLABHATLA

Delhi, India

Rajshekhar Pullabhatla is a distinguished figure in the field of cybersecurity, with over two  decades of rich experience in Information Security, product design, and cybercrime  intervention. His entrepreneurial journey encompasses the successful establishment and  management of several startups, each targeting significant cybersecurity challenges  within digital India.


Rajshekhar's academic background, including degrees in Science and Law,  complements his professional endeavors, providing a solid foundation for his  contributions to the field of cybersecurity. His previous experience with notable  organizations like Microsoft Corporation and Etisalat Telecom has been instrumental in  shaping his career trajectory, further augmenting his role as a leader and innovator in the  industry. In board-level roles across several companies, Rajshekhar continues to  influence the cybersecurity landscape, driving forward-thinking strategies and initiatives.  His multifaceted career is a testament to his commitment to addressing the evolving  challenges in cybersecurity and his dedication to educating and safeguarding  communities in the digital era.

NAZLY BORRERO VáSQUEZ

Mexico City, Mexico

Nazly Borrero Vásquez is a Computer Engineer, holding additional studies in  specializations and diplomas in Strategic Management, Computer Law, and a Master's in  Cybersecurity from UTH Florida. She holds international certifications in Personal Data  Protection, Forensic Auditing, ISO 27001 Information Security, and is a Cyberjudicial  Expert .


Currently affiliated with SIDWELL Consultores as a Consultant in Cybersecurity and  Cyber Intelligence, she serves as a lecturer at UNAM FES Acatlán and the Universidad  Nuevo País Innova de Chiapas. Additionally, she is a member of the International  Federation of Electronic Commerce and Digital Economy in Mexico, serving as the Digital  Security Coordinator. She has received cybersecurity training from the Organization of  American States (OAS) and is the author of several technical articles published in  universities in the region, along with books such as "Invisible Borders of Cybersecurity,"  "A Click Away from Getting Entangled Reloaded 1 and 2," and "Click and Proceed Better."


Her research focuses on Cyberbullying in Latin America, Challenge Games, and Auditory  Drugs and their effects. She has been honored with the Exaltation of Honor by the Special  District of Santiago de Cali (Colombia) for her contributions to the field of cybersecurity.  Furthermore, she has been recognized by WOMCY (Woman in Cybersecurity) WISECRA  (Woman in Security and Resilience Alliance) as one of the 50 most influential women in  Cybersecurity in 2020 and 2021. The Latin American Community of Consultants and  Advisors in Risk and Security has acknowledged her as a "Leader leaving a mark in  security" in 2019, 2020, and 2021. She has also received various other recognitions for  her contributions at international and national conferences in different countries within the  field of cybersecurity.

DR SHAMIR RAJADURAI - Moderator

Director ICA, Malaysia

Shamir Rajadurai is a Criminologist that works at the grassroots of crime which gives him  a great understanding of crime and offers him opportunities to assist with CPTED efforts. He has experience working on CPTED and crime prevention strategies and designs with  property developers, municipal councils, town planners, architects, engineering firms,  Police, Customs and individual homeowners. He is an International Speaker and  consultant on CPTED in Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines and other Southeast Asian  countries. Shamir has also been featured in various TV and Radio talk shows,  Newspapers and magazines both locally and internationally.
